El álbum, anunciado el martes, también incluye un dueto con Michael Buble en "Fever" y apariciones de los cantantes Il Volo y el guitarrista Duane Eddy. La orquesta se suma a los temas originales grabados por Presley, fallecido en agosto de 1977.
Presley dijo que el disco, If I Can Dream: Elvis Presley with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, fue concebido durante las conversaciones que mantuvo con el productor Don Reedman mientras se encontraba en Londres actuando en una obra de teatro hace dos años. Admitió su escepticismo inicial, ya que su papel con el patrimonio de Elvis le obliga a cribar un montón de ideas pésimas para utilizar su nombre o su música.
Pero la idea fue creciendo y, cuando el antiguo director de orquesta de Elvis en Las Vegas le propuso una idea similar el año pasado, lo consideró una validación. El disco, grabado en el famoso estudio londinense de Abbey Road, saldrá a la venta el 30 de octubre.
"Conociéndole, quería grandeza, plenitud y dramatismo", explica. Su mánager de entonces, Col. Parker, le dijo: "Que Elvis cante, eso es todo lo que quiere la gente". Pero en el escenario se rodeaba de la música que le influía: cantantes de gospel, una orquesta, una banda de rock. La gente no entendía eso".

The primary scores of the saga appear in the original trilogy, namely in the first film the fundamental ones, consequently in the second film the other most important ones and in the third film there were almost no contributions to highlight.
For the third trilogy, John Williams was again in charge of carrying out the musicalization of the three films, Episodes VII and IX directed by J. J. Abrams, as well as the intermediate Episode VIII by Rian Johnson, achieving again success and critical acclaim. As the first new Episode, it was the one that set the tone for the entire trilogy, introducing the major new themes, particularly character themes, much more in line with the original 1977-83 trilogy than the prequels.
The middle Episode followed the line of being the most dramatic, so there was a subtle use of the Imperial March, as well as the Force Theme for the heroic moments, with original compositions very well received by critics.
